How long does the appointment take?
Appointments are quick and easy! Jewelry applications are typically 15 -20 minutes. For more than one piece of Jewlery time can vary! But even with 2+ pieces appointments do no exceed more than 30 minutes!
Does the Welding Process Hurt?
NO! The Welding Process is quick and painless. Your jewelry will be welded on safely and fit just right to your liking.
Is Permanent Jewelry Only For Women?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Although we are generally a women dominated business, our chain + charms options are unisex and have both masculine and feminine designs. Our Jewelry is hand crafted on the spot, tailored to everyone’s individual taste.
Can it be removed?
If needed, you can remove your permanent jewelry using scissors or a wire cutter by cutting the jump ring. By ONLY cutting the jump ring, we can always relink the chain again in the future. We are not responsible for lost or broken jewelry. We will honor one complimentary reweld anything after is a $20 reweld fee.
What if it breaks?
Accidents happen! We are all human and have a sweater that snags or a doorknob that is set to ruin our day! If that ever happens and your piece breaks, simply make an appointment and we can reweld the same piece for $20 with proof of original purchase.
How long does it last?
Your permanent jewelry will last many months or even years depending on the chain material, the products you use and your lifestyle.
What is the difference between 14k Gold + Gold Filled + Sterling Silver?

14K Gold: This is the highest quality + high price point. Anti-tarnish, Zero Maintenance.

Gold Filled: Jewelry weight is at least 5% Gold. Affordable price point. Gold is bonded to base mental. Tarish Resistant. Little to no maintenance - “Low Key Luxury”.

Silver: The difficult child of mentals. Siler need regular cleaning and is prone to tarnishing more quickly if left wet or exposed to chemicals (like chlorine) or salt in water, as well as sweat. We do understand there is still a love for silver pieces, however, would not recommend them over Gold pieces as they tend to be high maintenance.
